Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.
It definitely has an old school vibe and could use a bit of a revamp, but still was a pleasant experience. Doormen and security look intimidating, but were so friendly. I'm not a gambler but I'm definitely coming back here to watch my friends win again :)
Top marks to this lady for personalised service. The leisure facilities were clean, quiet and well maintained. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were just what was needed. The breakfast was vast with something for everybody. Halal sausages on request and a smoothie station were a nice touch not seen before. The smoothies were nice and the staff took the time to voluntarily share information with you on what was in the smoothie. The stay was a delight with an easy check-in and check out experience. Overall, perfect stay with staff making it a memorable one when the opportunity did arise.
Only 1 roulette was open & upon asking for a blackjack to be opened was informed it would be about an hour.

The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the same from their side. A restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £quarenta more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £cem. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and slept well, not hearing any noise from other rooms or guests. I had breakfast here. It was nice and a great selection of cooked and continental options.
Watched a few people empty rubbish out of their cars and dump it on the floor - this was just after arriving and parking up. Nottingham slots The multi storey car park was in darkness and had builders yard fencing in front of it. The car park is full of badly parked cars. The mindset of the people here was embarrassing - people eating and dropping food and litter despite standing within a few feet of the bins.
Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff.
